Refund & Return Policy
At Sandhills Signature, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Most of our products are personalized or made specifically for each customer, so our return policy differs slightly from that of mass-produced retailers.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we have made an error in the personalization.
Please review all names, dates, spelling, and personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our workshop. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to make it right through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once a personalized or custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, as materials and production time have already been committed to your project.
Custom Projects
Custom design deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the time invested in creating original concepts, artwork, proofs, and revisions.
Whenever applicable, the design deposit will be applied toward your final purchase if the project moves forward.
