Thank you for choosing Sandhills Signature. Every product we create is personalized specifically for our customers. Please take a few moments to review our policies before placing your order.

Ordering

All products are made to order and personalized based on the information you provide. Please carefully review names, dates, spelling, artwork, and customization details before submitting your order. If we have questions about your order, we will contact you before production begins.

For many custom projects, a digital proof will be provided for approval. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved. Approval confirms that all names, spelling, dates, artwork, and layout are correct.

Local Pickup

Sandhills Signature is a local business serving Lee County and the surrounding communities. All orders are assumed to be local pickup unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We do not offer standard shipping through our website. If shipping is required, please contact us at info@sandhillssignature.com before placing your order. Shipping requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and will require additional charges.

Applicable North Carolina and Lee County sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases.

Returns

Because every item we produce is personalized specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

If we make an error during production, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost. If your order is damaged prior to pickup, we will also make it right.

Materials

Many of our products are handcrafted using wood, slate, leather, glass, acrylic, metal, and other natural materials. Variations in grain, texture, color, and engraving are normal characteristics of these materials and make every piece unique.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork submitted for production. Sandhills Signature reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate the intellectual property rights of others.
