Whether you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind retirement gift, a military presentation piece, tournament awards, business recognition items, or a completely original creation, we’ll work with you to determine the best solution.
How It Works
Initial Consultation
Email us at info@sandhillssignature.com with your idea, quantity, timeline, photographs, sketches, or any inspiration you’d like to share. We’ll discuss materials, design options, personalization, pricing, and expected production time.
Custom Design Deposit
Projects requiring original artwork, extensive design work, product development, or multiple revisions may require a non-refundable Custom Design Deposit before design work begins. The deposit compensates us for the time invested in creating original concepts, layouts, proofs, and artwork.
Whenever possible, the deposit will be applied toward your final purchase if you move forward with the project. Any required deposit will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
Design & Approval
When appropriate, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. Production begins only after the design has been approved.
Production & Pickup
Once approved, your project moves into production. When complete, we’ll contact you to arrange local pickup.
