Many of our favorite projects begin with a conversation rather than a product page. If you have an idea that isn’t shown on our website, we’d be happy to discuss it.

Whether you need a one-of-a-kind retirement gift, military presentation piece, golf tournament awards, branded business products, or a completely original creation, we’ll help determine the best solution for your project.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Tell Us About Your Idea

Email orders@sandhillssignature.com with your idea, quantity, timeline, photographs, sketches, logo files, or other inspiration you’d like to share.

2. Review the Options

We’ll discuss materials, design options, personalization, pricing, and expected production time. For group, business, tournament, or military-unit orders, please include your estimated quantity and required delivery date.

3. Custom Design Deposit

Projects requiring original artwork, extensive design work, product development, or multiple revisions may require a non-refundable Custom Design Deposit before design work begins. The deposit compensates us for the time invested in creating original concepts, layouts, proofs, and artwork.

Whenever possible, the deposit will be applied toward your final purchase if you move forward with the project. Any required deposit will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

4. Approve the Design

When appropriate, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. Production begins only after the design has been approved.

5. Production, Pickup or Shipping

Once approved, your project moves into production. When it is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange local pickup in Sanford or ship the order using the delivery method selected at checkout.
